Meet Lead Pastor Candidate Chad Moore

Chad Moore, who was our guest speaker Sunday, July 13, is our candidate for Lead Pastor at New Hope. He is currently the family pastor at McGregor Baptist Church.

He has been there for eight years and has demonstrated his effectiveness in ministering faithfully to members there. He has also overseen a flourishing Family Ministry that invests in the lives of the next generation through a partnership with their parents in discipleship.

About Chad Moore

Chad was born and raised in Orlando. At the age of 11, he realized his sinfulness and trusted in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Then while in high school, God began to work on his heart and draw him in vocational ministry. After surrendering to that call as a teenager, he has served the Lord faithfully through vocational ministry for 17 years in Orlando; Columbia, South Carolina; and Fort Myers.

In 2007, Chad married his beautiful wife Candace and they’ve since been blessed with two daughters: Eva (age 10) and Alaina (age 7). He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University.

Chad is a visionary leader and catalytic preacher with extensive experience in preaching and leading ministries seeking to grow believers in their faith and making disciples. He is eager to serve the Lord at New Hope Church as Lead Pastor.
