Summary of This Ministry Opening in SWFL: Develop and oversee the New Hope Kids Ministry (birth-5th Grade) to partner with parents in discipleship and further the mission and ministry of the church in coordination with the Lead Pastor and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities: Further the mission and ministry of the church by exemplifying a faithful Christian walk personally and facilitating the needs of the church as We Live for God in Community on Mission.

  • Oversee all Sunday morning programming, including preparation of all ministry areas, volunteers and procedures.

  • Oversee the placement, training, care and scheduling for all Kids Ministry volunteers.

  • Oversee the planning, development and implementation of all curriculum and resources for weekly programming.

  • Oversee parent partnership in discipleship through regular communication and resourcing that builds a bridge between the church and the home in discipleship strategy (family engagement).

  • Meet regularly with Lead Pastor and staff team as necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
